discovery call
30 minutes (FREE, no commitment)
First things first, let’s meet. The discovery call is around 30 minutes via video call to briefly discuss your health history, what you’re experiencing today and what you hope to achieve with your or your families health in the future. You can ask me questions about what I do and what to expect from working together. I’ll show you an example demo of the types of resources I use during my sessions including power points, research materials and media. After this meeting I’ll send you one follow up email outlining the steps to proceed with our initial consultation should you decide to.
online health & nutrition coaching
Initial consultation 1hr 30mins $150
Follow ups 45min $75
Our initial consultation is the longest session we’ll have and the chance to go deep on your health history and current lifestyle. At the end of our first session, we can discuss which goals you’d like to prioritize and create small achievable steps for the next week. Follow-up sessions are to discuss which interventions worked well for you and troubleshoot challenges. Adjustments to interventions are made as we go. I recommend 45mins for follow up consults but I can also offer 30min sessions for individuals if needed. Targeted education around the science of weight gain, weight loss, metabolism, nutrition, exercise as well as cooking skills will be personalized based on your specific health goals and skill set. Each session we will discuss the stages of habit change you’re experiencing to give you a deeper understanding of your body brain connection and how it adapts over time.

Many children experience ‘picky eating’ at some point during childhood. Even more so if you’re parenting a neurodivergent child. For some kids, behavior around food can become extremely rigid. Children sometimes develop a list of ‘safe foods’ that they refuse to veer from. Rigid food preferences and selective eating can be very stressful for parents and turn meal times into a a real battle. For those of us raising children with sensory processing disorders, autism, ADHD and other developmental factors, we know first hand that these kids face unique challenges around food and feeding themselves. I help parents understand why their child might be having these issues around food (spoiler: they’re not just being difficult) and coach parents in creating road maps for the gradual introduction of new foods into their child’s diet. The goal is to increase curiosity around foods and reduce fear and refusal. Slowly increasing the list of foods your child is willing to eat and turn family meal times back into a chance to relax and connect with each other.
